E*Trade 1099b smart check failed asking for adjusted

1099b from E*Trade Smart check failed, same issue as last year. Any idea when turbotax will update this?

It says i have to review all my trades (196 of them) and the smart check is stating I have to enter a positive amount for the cost or adjusted cost.

Is this because Etrade didnt import thee cost basis correctly into TurboTax?
