Double taxed for ISO stock sale on W2 and eTrade

I have sold some ISO shares last year. I have also purchased and kept some of the ISO shares. When my W2 is downloaded into ADP and stocks from Etrade, I see that I am being taxed twice for  2017 in home and business turbo tax edition. The ISO stock sale is already reported on the W2.Why am I being taxed again with eTrade 1099B?

You will need to adjust your Cost Basis on the 1099-B so that it equals the amount paid for the option, plus the amount reported as income on your W-2.
