Does a Trust, having one residential rental property, need to pay income tax this year?

Can expenses be deducted i.e. insurance, local taxes, property maintenance, etc.? 

Whose social security number is used? 

If so, what form is required?

Certain types of trusts are required to file a tax return. Revocable trusts (Grantor Trusts) do not file a trust return. See below.
