Do I need to file a 1099-DIV if no taxes were taken out?
I received a 1099-DIV from my telephone provider for a dividend I received for $91.58 but there were no taxes taken out and there is no amount in the Qualified Dividends box. Do I still need to report this on my return?

Yes, you do. To enter your 1099-DIV, click on Where do I enter my 1099-DIV?
