Do I fill in sepatate sections for rental renewals even if I used the same vehicle?

I have rented more than one vehicle through Hertz and Maven. I am prompted to fill out each individually and not lump up sum. But some of my rentals are renewed on the same car with separate contracts to download on the Lyft app.

I would enter them separately. If Lyft is downloading the transactions separately then they need to go into TurboTax a separate transactions.
