Cannot import my 1099 from Northwestern Mutual into TT

I am not able to download my 1099's from Northwestern Mutual into Turbotax. I was able to do this last year. Does anyone have suggestions? How do I lodge an issue with Intuit to look into this? Thanks.

Northwestern Mutual is coming through as "It looks like you have no tax forms" which is false. How do I rectify?
