Can I file a simple return, using standard deductions when I have a rental property.

My itemized deductions are less than the standard deductions, but it isn't clear to me if I have to file using a deluxe return because of my rental property.

If you are using the TurboTax online editions you will have to upgrade to the Premier edition to enter rental income and expenses.

Hello all, if we made over $150k as W-2 earners, why are we still able to deduct net loses for our rentals? Per IRS, there is a limitation.
