Yes. If you consider these personal items as part of your rental property and your rental tenants are allowed to use these items, then you will be able to include them as rental property assets (and claim depreciation expenses).

Yes. If you consider these personal items as part of your rental property and your rental tenants are allowed to use these items, then you will be able to include them as rental property assets (and claim depreciation expenses).
