Balancing Rental Properties

I'm in my balance sheet and my rental properties are in the assets column. I have no significant liabilities but need to balance the rental properties. I'm under the impression these would be owner's equity and I'd need to enter it into the "other liabilities column" as "owner's Equity" or would this just be labled as "partner's capital"
