All income for 3 properties reported on 1099-Misc

We own three rentals, but all the income gets reported on one 1099-MISC.

Is it up to me to separate the rents based on rental rate, days occupied, etc? As long as the amounts split up equal the amount listed on the 1099, I should be ok?

It would be nice if my property manager did this for me, right?

Yes, it does seem to be up to you to divide the rental income and days occupied between the three properties. You do want the rent from the three properties to total what is on the 1099-MISC.

It would be nice if that were done by the property manager.
