I imported my 1099-B form from Pershing. All of my short term transactions on the 1099-B form state: "Short-Term Transactions for Which Basis Is Reported to the IRS - Report on Form 8949, Part 1, with Box A checked".
However, Form 8949 only lists transactions that have an amount in 1099-B box 1G. The sales total for these sales are shown on Schedule D, Line 1B. The total amount for the "missing" sales are listed on Schedule D, Line 1A. (Edited: I had these lines swapped originally).
The same is true for my long term transactions.
How do I determine if this is an issue with TurboTax or Pershing?

" The sales total for these sales are shown on Schedule D, Line 1A. The total amount for the "missing" sales are listed on Schedule D, Line 1B. "
that's backwards. Look again, please.
You are correct, I have them swapped. Regardless, shouldn't all the sales shown on Schedule D, Line 1B since they were reported to the IRS per the 1099-B form?
This is recently new undocumented behavior by TurboTax.
Box A without adjustments can be aggregated on Line 1a
so far, no one has posted a way to change the reporting to list everything.
