I received an email that i have to pay an 135$ bill, the money was not debit from my account and when i try to pay on turbotax it shows status closed, balance due 0$.

I filed Feb 18th and still haven't gotten my refund. Everything says accepted and the est refund date is 3/10/26 It's a little past that now

Why have I not received my state refund yet?

The refund tracking was saying there was an issue but everything I wrote was correct. It then told me I had attempted too many tries.
