How can I delete a mistake I made while amending a return? The tax tools advice I have already done and it is not working.

I accidentally added a "Sale of Business Property" in the amount of 24000. There is no way to delete it within the section even if I use the "edit" button. I have already cancelled the amendment but the incorrect information remains on the return.

Turbotax desktop says you can e-file with form 4852 but does not let you fill the address line 3, city state and zip code, always says it is blank even if you fill it. Why?

I mailed in my tax return it's been more than 6 weeks and still don't have it
