Hello,

When I purchased Turbotax, I did not know that Windows 10 was a new requirement to run the Desktop software that I bought. I do not have access to Windows 10 in any way and my computer is not upgradeable. (There is no way arouhnd this.)

Is there a way you can switch me to the Online version or offer some other solution? I do not want to switch away from Turbotax as I have used it for decades.

Thanks!

What Windows do you have?  I installed Turbo Tax on Windows 8.1.  Window System Requirements

And sorry, the Online is totally different than the Desktop program and is priced differently.

To use the Online version you would have to start over in a new online return and pay for Online separate from the Desktop program.  Then try to get a refund for the Desktop program.

Start an Online return here,
