When will form 8582 be ready?

Ok.  I will remind TURBOTAX--again that this is not just a Maryland issue.  I live in INDIANA and continue to have the same problem.  When will Form 8582 be ready so that I can file my taxes? 

According to the listing from Indiana, Form 8582 is up to date.  

What is going on?  

I am having this issue now, do you have an ETA?

Please can you tell me when form 8582 in Virginia be ready?

I need my tax completed by today for my home refinancing.

agrrrrrr. glad to know its not just me. but it's very annoying.

MD Resident here and having the same issue. Been at a standstill for the last 2 weeks. If this issue is not resolved soon - I too will be moving everything over to TaxAct.

TurboTax/Intuit needs to get their ish together! I have been using this software for decades and never had this isue. I get that glitches happen. It is simply unacceptable to go several weeks with ZERO communication and no resolution in sight!

I am stopped from filing because desktop TT says that Virginia's form 8582 is not ready. The schedule on the Intuit website says it will be ready by 2/17/22. 

As of 02/18/22 I am waiting for update for 8582 in South Carolina.  Any idea when it will be final?

I received several emails that Form 8582 is ready, when I go to install the updates I get a message that my software is up to date, which unfortunately is not true.  I'm in Massachusetts.

When will the update from Turbo Tax be available for the 8582 error?

I'm in MA, not MD and am having the same issue.  I notice if I skip to the File tab it does offer to file the state return, but am concerned that if it's missing this form then it will be rejected.

TURBOTAX - Can the return be submitted since it sounds like it is a software glitch saying the form is not available, but it actually is...??
