When will form 8582 be ready?

I have been following this for a while now and my state tax filing (Md.) is also on hold because of the 8582 error.  It is going on 10 years for my using this product and I am very disappointed that there has been no feedback provided by Intuit. Why can't we be provided a definite date for the release/update/fix?

Why is this form still unavailable? Many of us have already paid and can not file state taxes until this is fixed. We were even notified of this issue until AFTER we paid! This is ridiculous!

@DawnC Can someone please let us know when this will be fixed for Maryland? I've checked every day this week, and continue to see this when attempting to e-File:

Form 8582: Activity Description - This form is not ready to be filed due a change in the federal form. It should be available soon.

This form has been ready from the IRS for weeks, and yet there seem to be many filers who cannot complete their taxes because of this issue with TurboTax. I'm running out of time to file due to my circumstances requiring me to get this task done imminently, and I simply am at a loss for what to do.

TurboTax seems to have gone radio silent on this problem, and it deeply concerns me and others here. It's been weeks with absolutely no updates, and it doesn't seem like TurboTax is treating this issue with appropriate urgency.

I have been unable to complete and file Tax Year 2021 because this Indiana State Form 8582 has not been approved for release. Is there an info when this form will be ready? (see screenshot) 

I got an email from Intuit saying 8582, did the update, and there is still an error. I would really like to file my taxes ASAP. How do i fix this??

February 20th and I’m still getting this message! And TurboTax sent me an email on Friday saying all my state forms were available and my taxes were ready to be filed. Yet, as soon as I tried to file I got held up by the same error message. Is anyone else still having this problem?

I am just another person with the same problem with the Maryland form 852.

Looks like it is also happening with the Maryland K-1 Worksheet along with the 852

I really do not want to print all of this and mail it, if I was going to do that I would have done it without turbo tax.   

Can someone from TurboTax confirm this will be fixed on 2/24 as a bunch of people have commented?

I am in Virginia and have this issue.  If you go to the IRS website, the form is there.  Why hasn't Turbotax updated the software?

I have been waiting over 4 weeks and still cannot submit my forms .

When will this be corrected. 

what is taking TT so long to fix this issue, I tried calling the support line and it said i have to pay for the premium to be able to talked to specialist, WTF, get on this TT.
