Step by Step unavailable

I just updated turbotax and it will only let me use it in forms mode.  Step-by-step is unavailable.  Any idea what is creating the problem?  If so, how do you fix it?

    When you continue a return does it start in Forms Mode and then you cannot switch out of it (using the icon at the top right side of the screen)?

     

    Also, if you start a new return (as a test return), do you see the same behavior? 

     

    You might have to contact Support (link below) during regular business hours if this behavior continues.

      Can you exit out of Forms mode?
