I filed my taxes both Fed & State online. I was waiting for a confirmation that it was received and would be processed.

Charge my credit card function at efiling does not work and gives a number to call a sales representative but all I get is an automated to attendant that texts me a link to this website. Is there a glitch in the software or is my internet too slow. I also have problems periodically getting the software to connect for updates. How do i get ahold of a live person?
