At file/payment section "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again."

I'm at the filing section and I keep getting the error "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again." when I enter my credit card info and click "pay and go to refund." 

 

I've cleared the cookies/cache in my browser, went ahead restarted, tried a different card and tried a different browser. I'm still getting the same error. 

 

EDIT: Decided to abandon my tax filing on Turbotax and did it on another software dedicated for expats. Turbotax has lost me as a customer for its incompetence.

Same problem.  I've been at it for days.  Guess they don't want their money. I am now going to another prep site.  They have offered no assistance.  My daughter has been having the same problem.
