It depends. If you have walked through step by step and submitted both your federal and your state returns there is nothing more for you to do there if you received the notice telling you it was accepted.  If you are not in Ohio or NYC, you would still need to file your local tax return through your local jurisdiction as this is not done in TurboTax.
