2023 turbo tax is asking me for a password. none of the passwords i have work. when they ask the question to by pass the password the answer to that doesn't work either. what can I do to access turbotax 2023?

If you created a 2023 online tax return using TurboTax, you will need to sign onto the online account using the exact same User ID and password you used when the account was created.

If you forgot the password, then when asked for the password click on Forgot password?

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

What exactly do you mean by "2023 turbo tax" or "turbotax 2023"? Are you trying to sign in to TurboTax Online in your web browser, or are you using TurboTax Desktop software for 2023 installed on your computer? There is only one TurboTax Online for all years. There is not a separate TurboTax Online for 2023. You might have more than one TurboTax Online account, but an account is not tied to a specific year.

Are you trying to file a tax return for 2023, or are you trying to look at a 2023 tax return that you previously filed?
