WHILE WORKING ON A FORM TURBOTAX UNEXPECTEDLY CLOSES AND NEEDS TO BE REOPENED WHICH IS TIME CONSUMING. HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS AND IF SO WERE THEY ABLE TO FIND A SOLUTION????
ALSO I HAVE EXPERIENCED DIFFICULTY WHILE WORKING ON ASSET DEPRECIATION IN SCHEDULE E.
IT REQUIRES SEVERAL CLICKS ON THE CLASS OF ASSET BEFORE IT WILL REGISTER IN THE PROPER BOX.

Which operating system are you using (and Mac or Windows)?
You might want to try doing a repair install (after backing up your computer and files).

I have a Mac and the last time I utilized the "cd-rom" version I had all kinds of crashing problems. Although this doesn't address your personal problem; I have switched to the online version and found it's exceeded my expectations by far! There are no issues with crashing, saving, or freezing. @holubc You mean you downloaded and installed it? Online refers to the online web version you log into using a browser on do totally online, not by launching a program.
Well, no I have never downloaded and installed Turbotax.
Rather, I have always bought the actual disc and installed the software program on my desktop, yes.
Now I don't do either of those, I simply utilize the online web version. My prior comment was offering praise for how much I actually like it!
