bought 2020 deluxe from online resseler. license expired; paid via PAYPAL; Turbotax refund request is stuck on credit card; no Paypal choice.

I bought Turbotax deluxe 2020 from an online [removed]

I paid with paypal

I received an e-mail from:[removed] with download instructions and a

License: [removed]

When tried to activate the downloaded file I got

The license code you entered is not valid.  Error code: 605

I needed to work my taxes, so I bought TT DeLuxe again ,from Amazon

Downloaded the link; installed and activated it.   It worked fine.

I am trying to get a refund for the downloaded bad license file.

The refund web page stops me in my track because I can not say I paid with Paypal on the refund form

My attempts, to reach a Turbotax human failed repeatedly.

Any suggestion ?

Why would you expect to get a refund from TurboTax because you paid some online scammer?
