You will need to complete some of the years by printing and filling by hand: 2016-2019. These can be found on the CRA website.    The other years can be completed by using the TurboTax software.   When you filled out the form that was sent to the CRA, did you check off the box that asks the following: If eligibility for the disability tax credit is approved, would you like the CRA to apply the credit to your previous tax returns? Yes, adjust my previous tax returns for all applicable years. - If you checked off NO, then you will need to adjust your taxes on your own.      If you aren't sure, you can verify with the CRA so that you do not adjust previous returns if they will do them.    Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

In the community we do not have access to information about your account.  You will have to call TurboTax Customer service.  Here is a link:  Turbo Tax Customer Service    Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing or the timing when the IRS/State releases your refund.    The IRS states that most federal tax refunds are issued within 21 days of acceptance, however, some may take longer if they require additional review. Also, by law, the IRS cannot issue EITC or ACTC refunds before mid-February. This applies to your entire refund, not just the portion related to those specific credits.   Here are a few FAQs to help you track your refund: When will I get my federal tax refund? How do I track my state refund? Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"? Why do some refunds take longer than others? What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

There seems to be many difficult issues using TurboTax for Business, whether it is the desktop version or the online version.   Let me describe the situation:  many corporations in NJ are S-corp for federal purposes ND C-Type for NJ purposes.     On Turbotax for Business desktop (Windows), in 2025, when one completes the Federal income tax S-Corp. the only choice for NJ corporation is New Jersey S-Corp.  One cannot get the New Jersey C-Corp program as a choice.  But the New Jersey C-Corp business turbotax does exist.  I had to get TurboTx technical support to bypass the screens on the desktop and helped my download and install the NJ C-COrp program.   I note that this situation did not occur in 12023 nor 2024.  It seems like a new issue.   I tried to use TurboTax for business on the Web.  One can use it an only pay when filing.  The Federal S-COrp par went well--just like the desktop version except it is harder to find esoteric tax credits on the Web version.  However, when it came to trying to gain access to New Jersey C-Corp program on the web, it was impossible:  the only choice was NJ S-Corp. I do not know if there is a workaround as there was with the desktop version.     TurboTx help told me that the web version will only allow for NJ:  C-Corp Federal--NJ C-Corp or S-Corp Federal, NJ S-Corp. I do not know why this is a problem,  The NJ forms for S-Corp and C-COrp are almost identical.   These problems are not disclosed on the desktop before you purchase; on the Web version you are not paying until it files so you do not lose money but you do lose time.

Here's how to get all the forms and schedules.   TurboTax Online: Sign in to your TurboTax Account. Scroll down to the "Your tax returns & documents" section. Select the specific tax year you need. In the left-hand menu, select Tax Tools > Print Center. Select Print, save or preview this year's return. The Key Step: Look for a checkbox or dropdown that says "Include government and TurboTax worksheets" or "All forms." Click View/Print to generate the full PDF, which will now include every schedule (like Schedule C, D, or E) and the internal worksheets.   TurboTax Desktop: If you used the software installed on your computer, you must open the specific program for that year (e.g., open the TurboTax 2024 app). Open your saved .tax file. Go to File > Print. In the print window, select the radio button for "All forms and worksheets." Choose "Save as PDF" to keep a digital copy with every detail.

I going to assume you are at the section in TurboTax where it is asking for your last year AGI. If you entered 0 here and it's not being accepted, you may have to file by mail.   The IRS uses your prior year AGI to combat fraud. Make sure you take into account the information below.   You can find your 2024 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) by: Looking at line 11 on page 1 of your 2024 Form 1040 Requesting a transcript of your 2024 tax return from the IRS. You can request your transcript online at the following link: Get Transcript Please click on this TurboTax article for more information.    Check these items as well to ensure you have the correct number.  If you:  Filed late last year after mid-November or your return was processed after that time—try entering 0. Amended your return last year—make sure you’re using the AGI from your original return, not the amended one. (If you only have a 1040X form, it’s on line 1, column A). Rounded your AGI to the nearest dollar—be sure to round up when it’s 50 cents or more and down when it’s 49 cents or less. Filed with your spouse last year—you and your spouse have the same 2024 AGI. (Don’t split the AGI amount or enter  0  for one of you).   Time-saving Tip: If what you entered is correct and you continue to get a reject, you won't be able to e-file. There's probably a data mismatch at the government, or some other situation beyond your control that prevents your return from being e-filed. In this case, your only option would be to print and mail in your return.    This article will give you instruction on how to print and mail your return.
