Same problem here 2 months after you posted and it's still not fixed! I can transfer my 2024 file into 2025 documents where it won't complete the forms but not into 2024, so it's useless. The reason I need it transferred is for tax carryovers, etc. Not because I'm too lazy to fill out the simple intro. forms. Turbo tax, Please get this fixed!

Let's suspect that there is a 1095-A form in the bowels of your return that you need to get rid of. Please do the following:   *** Desktop/Windows***   1. Go to the upper right and click on Forms, and  2. Select the desired form (1095-A). Note the Delete Form button at the bottom of the form’s screen.   *** Desktop/Mac***   1. Switch to Forms Mode by selecting the Forms icon. 2. From the menu, select the form (1095-A) you want to remove (if you don't see it, select Open Form at the top). From the Forms menu, select Remove [form name].   *** Online ***   1. go to Tax Tools (on the left), and navigate to Tools->Delete a form  2. delete form(s) 1095-A   NOTE: The "1095-A" form may be followed by a name, ignore that, just look for anything starting with 1095-A.

Thanks to TurboTax support person Dawn after going through line by line we found a form issue that needs to be fixed and did work around to fix. Yay. It was a 90 minute call ( she took control of my screen) and lots of work but ended up my filing electronically successfully both federal and state amendments which were accepted by both and I paid minuscule monies owed on line too. Whew.

What about an Australian Super Annuation? It went up in value, but I hadn't managed or touched the account for all of 2025. This is just the Australian 401K if you will. In that sense, I don't believe it to have added income, deductions, or credits. Is that correct?
I bought the software at Costco. My account does not allow me to enter the 16-digit code.

@ Zozobra1 wrote: I am having the same problem.  It appears this has not been fixed for 2025.   There is a quirk when entering withholding in the Utah form TC40-W and the workaround is to use lower case letters.   As an example, if it's for employer state withholding number. enter the 14 digit employer state withholding number such as 01234567890wth  with the "wth" in lower case.  Do not use any hyphens.   If this is mineral withholding, then it would be entered as 01234567890wmp with the "wmp" in lower case.     Be sure that all Utah income forms you are reporting use lower case for those last 3 letters.   If editing the 1099 doesn't fix it, then you might have to delete the 1099 and re-enter the entire form manually, especially if it was imported or scanned into TurboTax.
En voulant transmettre mon rapport d'impôt de Revenu Québec,  j'ai eu c'est message d'erreur J301/J302, savez vous comment les corriger pour débloquer tout ça ?

Community Steps below  do not fix the problem.   Launching TTax Desktop 2025 on Windows 11 to CONTINUE return ( I have probably resumed TTax successfully without any issues at least a dozen times over the past week).  Today 3/5/26 is the second time the launch process has stopped with the Activation window, wanting me to reactivate.   The last time it did this about a week ago. Today it applied the usual TTax update (failing once on a connection problem at  TTax server )  then opened the Activate window.  Says I have used 2/5 activations and wants me to use another one.  I followed all steps listed in Community for for this issue and it was not fixed, so I shut down the computer and the next day it launched successfully without presenting the Activation window.   Today the full machine shutdown and start method did not fix it.  So I clicked the ACTIVATE TurboTax button.  That opened a "Hmm...it looks like we've hit a slight snag".  Try again later.  This is later.  Now upon launch the Activate window opens immediately and the ACTIVATE button is not enabled so I am completely stuck. [phone number removed] is worthless.  It just wants to tell you that TTax will not run on Windows 10 then disconnects.  It doesn't even ask what Windows version I am running. I need a real technician.
Reporting the total amount from box 1 and box 12 will reduce the taxable amount to zero and that is the goal here.  SO that is the correct procedure.

You won't be able to permanently delete the form if there is any data in the form.  Review the form and delete any data entered on the form.  If there are amounts flowing to the form you want to delete from other forms, you will have to delete the entries on the document the data is flowing from.
I had the same problem.  I closed and reopened TTX2025 and the 2024 file transfer worked on a Mac

I identified this issue on February 8th, it is now March 5th and this issue is still not resolved. Entering cash charitable contributions is a basic function that should work. I am very disappointed with Turbo Tax. I have used Turbo Tax for many years. If this issue is not resolved soon I will be using H&R Block software to do my taxes next year.

The 2025 Standard edition asks for the amount from spouse’s Line 81 but the federal tax payable is now on Line 76, not line 81!

@AmyC  I just spoke with Emily on staff at the Oregon Dept of Revenue - Personal Income Tax Section - Taxpayer Services Unit (TSU) at [phone number removed], and they know nothing of this issue. They know of it now in case other Turbo Tax users want to similarly complain, but they asserted it was not any issue on their end that they knew of. Quite frankly, I think they are right --  flagging an unrelated 1099-Q error on an "Information Worksheet" for the "First Name" field seems rather obviously a problem in TurboTax.   The Oregon TSU encouraged others to call in about this, saying that if enough did, they would certainly escalate it appropriately.   Enough is enough.   Edit: I cannot believe the TurboTax community boards edit out the phone number for the Oregon tax agency! More absurdity. Other users should be able to find it on the Oregon Dept of Revenue site like I did.
Each state has its own rules and CT requires at least 50% of the funds assets be invested in US government obligation. Your fund at 25% fails the test so you cannot make any adjustment.
