Your Colorado taxes would have been reported on any tax forms (W2s, 1099s etc) or you would have made estimated tax payments.  Did they indicate in the letter what amounts/sources of withholding you did not include?  If they did not, you will not be able to amend your Colorado tax return.  Can you clarify?

I figured this out. The "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid" section was hiding beyond a link that said something like "Uncommon Options" (which no longer appears now that I've entered my estimated payments). This wasn't mentioned in the online docs and the names it provided weren't quite right either.   Noob error.

Yes. Recording your total sales tax in TurboTax Online can be done in one of two ways. Enter the full amount of sales tax paid last year including the vehicle portion and making sure you entered the sales tax rate accurately.   NOTE: If the rate was entered incorrectly it will cause the wrong information. Be sure to enter the percentage as 6.25 as example. Do not enter .0625.    An option is to use the steps below to enter your full sales tax for the year including the vehicle portion or check the entry above and answer the questions. Select Deductions & Credits Scroll to Sales Tax Select 'Enter actual sales tax paid (Requires receipts to support your total.)' Or use the rate for your state. Enter the total sales tax paid including the amount paid on your vehicle or make sure the rate is correct and conintue Select the larger deduction between state and local tax (SALT) and sales tax Finish this section @fafner

I did as you suggested and no luck so far.  I the INT and DIV from Fidelity and still no luck on 1099B.  This version of TT really is buggy and never had this issue before.  I will keep trying.

I cannot even get that far.  I get a "Success, your data has been imported, you may return to Turbo tax".  When I return, there is no information and the "import" button does not work. I have tried on two different computers. So darned aggravating.  I do not want to type in all the transactions and this never happened last year.  ARRRRGH.
