This error code TY25_OR_LocalStateWages_OR-034 error in TurboTax usually means there is an issue with reporting your Oregon state wages. This likely involves missing some information in Box 16, 17, 18, or 19 of your W-2. To correct this error, you can try to delete your W-2(s), clear your cache/cookies, and re-enter Form W-2. Pay close attention to your state boxes 16-19.
Also, make sure your zip code is entered correctly (such as 12345 or 12345-1234).
If you used TurboTax Online you can:
Click on "Tax Tools" in the left panel of your TurboTax screen
Select "Tools"
Click on "Delete a Form"
Scroll down the list of your forms to find Form W-2
Click on the trash can to the right of your form to delete it
If you used TurboTax Desktop, you can:
Click on "Forms" in the top right of your TurboTax screen to switch to "Forms Mode"
In your left panel of your TurboTax screen find Form W-2
Click on "Delete Form" at the bottom of the form
Click on "Yes" to confirm the deletion
To get back to the screens where you can re-enter your Form W-2 you can:
Click on "Search" in the top right of your TurboTax screen.
Type "W-2" in the search bar.
Click on the link "Jump to W-2"
You can also try:
Go out of your program, close your browser and go back in.

If you are using a VPN disable it.
Try using incognito mode.
Try a different web browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
If this does not help you can try deleting your Oregon state return and re-add it to refresh your data.
