Can I get a service code? I don't have the amount needed to pay this turbotax fee.

@Iwantthetruth92 As I and others have posted, and as advised by a TurboTax agent, enter your values in "Capital Gains" Box 21, 52, & 53 and don't enter anything as "Foreign Capital Gains".  This eliminates the errors and allowed me to NetFile successfully. This is a TurboTax entry screen software error and no longer a CRA issue.  It looks like the forced  duplication of the same value in both Capital Gains and Foreign Capital Gains Box 21 is the problem.  Not sure why these two sets of boxes exist in TurboTax - There is no such distinction on the T3 Statements posted to My Account.  It was my own interpretation of the contents of the investment funds that led me to class some Capital Gains and some Foreign Capital Gains.  As well, the drop down box listing source as USA, Other Country #1, Other Country #2 doesn't look right.

I have an account on the online version of TurboTax. Earlier this year I went in and put some information in on the online version just to play with it. But I never continued with it.   I then got the desktop version and weeks back I filed with it and my returns were accepted. I got the emails that Federal and State returns e-filed with the desktop version were accepted. Also in the Check E-file Status section on the desktop version it says they were accepted.   Since then, I continue to get emails saying I didn't file and urging me to come finish. I can see these are related to my online account because it shows part of my username from the online version in the email. I have just ignored these because I assume the online version simply doesn't know I already filed and was accepted in the desktop version.   However, now I got an email from TurboTax saying "Thanks for filing your tax extension, [My Name]". Hours later I got a text saying "TurboTax: Thanks for requesting an extension."   I did not request an extension. I hadn't even touched my account in weeks since I filed. If I look in the desktop and online version, neither seems to show any extension filed. So I assume this email and text are also probably an error. But I'm confused how TurboTax's email and text systems both suddenly, on the same day, think I filed an extension. That's a pretty specific error to make. And I worry about the slight chance that someone hacked in and requested an extension on my behalf.   I called in and was on the phone literally for hours with two different support agents trying to find out why the system thinks I filed an extension and nobody was even the slightest bit helpful. They appear to have no idea about this email or text, don't even acknowledge they were sent, have no idea how to look it up in their system, and just kept putting me on hold over and over and coming back with no information. So please don't tell me to call in to phone support since apparently the phone support team is useless with this unless there is someone specialized who actually knows how this email and text marketing system works that you can put me in contact with.   What do I do? How do I find out why this email and text were sent and why the system would possibly think I filed an extension suddenly? Given how often fraud does happen, I am nervous about just assuming this is an innocuous mistake and ignoring it.

Box B on form 8283 is for the VIN number for your vehicle.  If you enter a VIN number it will be placed in that area automatically.   @brianwizhill
You have to do it manually
I don't think TT allows activation of s/w older than 3 years so 2022 may be the furthest you may be able to go back with any version
In the File section of the TurboTax program on Step 2 you were shown the amount of state taxes owed and the options for how to pay the state taxes.  What option have you chosen?

If you are trying to amend your amended return then that will cause you a problem.  You still need to amend the original return.  And - if you are correct about the rejection reason - you're going to need to print and mail the return.     If you tried to amend the return again then you need to delete the amendment and go back to your original return and click the amend button on that return.   Then add the 1099-R as a new 1099-R.  Don't try to adjust a previous 1099-R.   If you have to mail the return attach any 1099s that have withholding and the one that you added for the amendment whether it has withholding or not.   @ BJMTaxPrep
No.  At the end Turbo Tax just shows you the net federal and state combined. But that is only for your info. You will still get the full refund and you need to pay a tax due.

No, state taxes owed cannot be paid from the federal tax refund.  You will have to pay the state taxes owed as shown is the File section of the program.

Need to no y it's showing our refund is 605 on the website when we're supposed to get back 1326
Yeah, that is the plan. Just finish it with a new printed PDF and then the program knows I am "done".
