Turbotax online can only file one tax return (federal and state) per user account.  If you need to file returns for 4 people, you need to create 4 accounts with separate user names and passwords (they can share the same email address).   If you are using Turbotax installed on your own computer, you get one free state module with most purchases.  You can make as many returns as you want, because each return is a separate document like word processor or spreadsheet.  But if your children live in different states, you will need to purchase the additional state modules.

After you enter the the W-2 you will land on a screen labeled Let's check for uncommon situations.  If you have unreported tips then check the box labeled Unreported tips and then Continue with this section.     @ItsHyphy

Fidelity and Schwab are ready, forms are available, but Turbotax isn't.   This isn't what I signed up for when I purchased this product.  I have a sizable refund coming and Turbotax is holding it up.   What's the deal Turbotax, why can't I even type this data in???  It's not like the forms are changing!   Very unhappy!
I have questions regarding my 2024 and 2025 at risk carryovers as well as the 465(d) carryovers, please advise?
I've started 3 forms for me and kids. When I go to the state form, it only allows one state form. I'm confused

The Form 1099-R section is estimated to be finalized and available in TurboTax on 01/21/2026   The W-2 section is available for entry.
