Did the IRS receive my 2025 tax return?

You can use TurboTax for tax years 2022 to 2025.    Software for 2020 and 2021 is no longer available.    TurboTax no longer supports or provides the software for any year earlier than 2022.   And it is now too late to receive tax refunds for tax years 2020, 2021 or 2022.   If you owe tax due for those years it is owed with late penalties and interest.   There may be some other online software you can use for those years, but even if refunds are shown on the forms, the refunds will not be paid.     You cannot change the tax year.   The current online program is for 2025 only.   Only a 2025 return can be prepared online and only a 2025 return can be e-filed.   Online preparation and e-filing for 2022, 2023, and  2024 is permanently closed. Note:  The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac.  It cannot be used on a mobile device.   To file a return for a prior tax year  If you need to prepare a return for 2022, 2023, or 2024  you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign,  and mail the return(s) https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/ You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.   Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.   https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/state-taxes/contact-state-department-revenue/L9qVToi02_US_en_US?uid=m6e06um0     https://www.irs.gov/refunds   Refunds for tax years 2021 or earlier have been forfeited and will not be paid to you even if shown on the tax return form.  But if you owe tax due, you will still have to pay, and you will be billed later for the interest and penalties owed.  TurboTax will not calculate the penalties or  interest.   That will be done by the IRS/state after they receive your return with your payment of the tax due as shown on the tax form(s).       When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.   Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
FYI - Edward Jones finally got back to me and stated it was a known Turbo Tax bug.
I did not file from 2020 -2024. I went to another tax company because they know me but they said they couldn't do back taxes.

No.   The first page of your tax return PDF is the Filing instructions - that page will show the date, account and amount you have scheduled.   It normally takes the IRS a few days to take the  payment, but it is effective the date you scheduled it, and confirmed by your e-file acceptance receipt.  So, no need to worry;)   See the IRS FAQ page

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted? Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.   You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".   After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.   Note - Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.  Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.   To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product. If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_...   After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

My original upload was also rejected.  Upload took but 5 weeks letter I have an IRS Letter 12C stating that QMIN info is incomplete or incorrect.  I have two QMIN's listed but it does not say which one they have an issue with.  One of the codes is the Goodman I7Q6 and was listed correctly on the form.  Likely received automated letter and now no easy solution other than sending them the same info and waiting several more weeks.     Can TT do anything to help out their customers?
