I signed up for email updates. Got message from Support Customer Service at 11:06 edt that form 5695 was in newest update which is 'ready' in their terms.. 2 hours later, no update available.  I'm on Deluxe v 025.000.0230 which installed Wed/Thursday, can't remember.
I did select the State and Local Tax Deduction but it did not change anything.
I have the same issue any fixes? The decimal points did not  work
Your personal information is being used in more than one account
You misunderstand. I WASN'T expecting one-on-one and was surprised when it appeared in that screenshot I sent you. My point is that the documentation is ambiguous because it just says "Premier".

@rgaryboyd  Depending on your age at retirement you possibly have used up the age calculated deduction of the non-taxable portion of your contribution to your annuity. If you are in your mid to late 80's this would explain this. It is based on life expectancy.  Use the worksheet in Pub 721 to prove.  https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-publication-721

If you live in CT, you will file a CT tax return and mark non-resident.  Return to the personal information section. It will have your name, birth date, social, occupation and state of residence - your HOR. Then it asks if you lived in another state, select no (despite living in CT). Select yes to US Armed Forces. Thank you for your service.

I entered my 1099-R from my Financial Institution for my RMD. I put in the Gross Distribution and Federal Taxes withheld. This changed my federal refund. When I hit continue I got a page that said:   'If your National Financial Services LLC account was subject to a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD), we need to know the amount that was required to be distributed by December 31, 2025 from this National Financial Services LLC account. Do not include RMDs which are due on April 1. RMDs for the first year you're required to take a distribution are generally due on April 1. RMD due by Dec. 31, 2025'   When I entered what I thought they wanted (gross distribution) it reduced my Federal Refund by thousands. Why do I have to enter the gross distribution again. I don't remember this in last years turbo tax.
Okay, so the documentation was ambiguous? It just said Premier.

The “senior deduction” is added automatically by the software based on the date of birth and filing status you entered into MY INFO.  You do not need to take any extra steps to enter it. (And…the new senior deduction has nothing to do with whether you are getting Social Security)     2025 STANDARD DEDUCTION AMOUNTS SINGLE $15,750  (65 or older/legally blind + $2000) MARRIED FILING SEPARATELY $15,750  (65 or older/legally blind +1600) MARRIED FILING JOINTLY $31,500  (65 or older/legally blind + $1600) HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD $23,625 (65 or older/legally blind + $2000)     For 2025 through 2028 there is an extra  deduction amount of up to $6000 per individual 65 or older filing Single, MFJ, or HOH which is phased out for taxpayers with modified adjusted gross income over $75,000 for single filers and $150,000 for joint filers.   The $6,000 senior deduction will be calculated on 1040 Schedule 1-A page 2 Part V Enhanced Deduction for Seniors which goes to 1040 line 13b. It is separate and in addition to the Standard Deduction or your Itemized Deductions on 1040 line 12e.  Turbo Tax automatically includes it. Line 3 of the SS Benefits Worksheet is including excludable interest on US I Bonds (form 8815).  The interest excluded is not shown on 1040 Line 2a, but is added in via an internal calculation error,  The excludable interest that is claimed on 8815 is not to be included included in 2a because it is removed from income.   I have completed form 8815 and it shows the excludable interest on the savings bonds,  Line 2a on the 1040 form correctly does not show that interest.  However, the social security worksheet is including it which results in a total on line 3 of the worksheet that does not match the total if you add all the corresponing lines on form 1040.
