Join the crowd. It's subtle and you can easily miss it. If TT really wanted to make this product elite and save the taxpayer some bucks QCD's would be a line-item and not make it so subtle. I missed it on several passes through deductions and credits. If you open up the forms requesting QCD's you will find it as a line-item way down the page, specifically describing the QCD's and request for a total RMD.

"Five days early" did not mean you would get your refund in five days. You misunderstood.
"5 days early" means you are supposed to receive your federal refund from one to five days sooner than the refund date shown on the IRS refund site. If it does not meet that "at least one day sooner" date, they are supposed to refund the $35 fee.
You have to pay attention to the date on the IRS refund site.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

You are correct that actual ownership is marked where necessary. The IRS has long required the social of the first taxpayer listed to be on the forms. Of course, this was before kids and spouses were even verified. Now with modern times, a spouse can have their own form!

@sseale66 were you able to resolve this? I am self employed, with no other contribution other than the one I made myself which was not above the $4300 limit for individuals. I have gone round and round trying to figure out why it thinks any contribution I made was an overfund.
