For most single-member LLCs, file taxes using TurboTax Premier or Self-Employed to report business income/expenses on Schedule C along with your personal 1040 return. If you're a single-member LLC, you just needed to add Schedule C to your personal return. If this applies, wait until your return is Accepted, then Amend to add your Business Income/Expenses.
If you're a multi-member LLC, you need TurboTax Business to file.
Here's How to File an Amended Return.

Do you mean when you add your 1099-G, you can't e-file? If you can't e-file, you will have to mail your tax return.
You may want to consider filing an extension. The extension gives you until October 15, 2026, to file your taxes without getting a failure to file penalty. You don't get extra time to pay your taxes so you must pay any taxes that you may have that are due by April 15, 2026, so you won't be assessed the failure to pay penalty.
Refer to the TurboTax Help article How do I file an IRS tax extension? for instructions. If you need to file a state extension, review the article How do I file an extension for my personal state taxes?
For more information, refer to the TurboTax article How do I file my return by mail?
Include your W-2s and any 1099s that have tax withheld. Refer to the IRS Tax Tip HOW TO PREPARE YOUR TAX RETURN FOR MAILING for additional information

NY is very particular about the document entry. Enter the first 3 characters after, not including "IDUSA". Some other users experienced errors with incorrect issue and expiry dates, so double check they are correct and not swapped as well.
For more information, see Where do I find my document number so that I can e-file my New York return?
If you need extra time, filing an extension by April 15, 2026, moves your submission deadline to October 15. But remember any taxes owed are still due in full by the original April 15 date.

You should send your paper tax package, including Form FTB 3552 (Identity Theft Affidavit), directly to the Filing Compliance Bureau. This specialized unit handles identity theft reports and ensures your verified return is processed correctly after a rejection.
Mailing Address for Identity Theft Returns
Mail your completed return, the affidavit, and your supporting identity documents (like a copy of your ID or social security card) to:
Filing Compliance Bureau MS F151 Franchise Tax Board PO Box 1468 Sacramento, CA 95812-1468
Important Tips for Your Paper Package
You must include a copy of at least one document to verify your identity, such as a driver's license, passport, or Social Security card.
If you received a specific notice from the FTB (like a 4734D), include a copy of that notice in your package and use any specific address or fax number listed on it.
You can also fax your affidavit and supporting documents to (916) 843-0561, but you should still mail the physical paper return to ensure it is officially filed.
Ensure your paper return has an original signature; California generally requires wet signatures for paper-filed returns

A tax extension grants taxpayers until October 15, 2026, to file their tax returns, providing additional time beyond the standard April 15, 2026, deadline. To avoid the assessment of a failure-to-file penalty, taxpayers must file for an extension by the April 15 date. No further extensions are permitted past October 15, 2026.
An extension does not grant a taxpayer additional time to pay taxes, which remain due on April 15, 2026. Even if the full amount cannot be paid by the deadline, filing an extension is still recommended to avoid the assessment of the failure-to-file penalty. How do I file an IRS tax extension?
Free federal tax extension is now available
