How do I recoup the taxes for year 2024? How do I calculate my taxes for 2025 to account for the repayment in 2025? Does the LTD have to issue me a corrected W-2  reflecting the repayment? thanks.

You can file an extension, which will allow you to file until October 15, 2026.   This is an extension to file your tax return, not an extension to pay your taxes. You must estimate your taxes due and pay them by April 15, 2026 to avoid penalties and interest.   You can use TurboTax to e-file an extension by clicking here.
The article below will help you to correct this error and move forward to file your return. How do I fix reject F8 962-070?
This doesn't appear for me. All I get are the questions for 1099-DIV and I can't move forward from there. How can I get out of this funnel?

Try this to permanently remove the prompt, depending on which version of TurboTax you are using.   TurboTax Online: Go to Tax Tools > Tools > Delete a form. Look for "Canada RRP Wks," "Canadian Pension Worksheet," or similar, and click Delete. Turbo Tax Desktop, Click Forms in the top right, find the "Canada RRP Wks" in the list, and select Delete Form at the bottom. After making a change, log out or close your return to save the change. If you are working in TurboTax desktop, be sure you save the return before closing out or the change will not be saved. Let us know if this works.   @jimavera    @jmillsp    @falconajv

SOLUTION!!!  - Turns out you need to PAY FIRST! Leave the review without making a change and go to the FILE tab at the top. There you can go through the process of paying $25 to state efile (sad this is still a added cost!) Once you've paid go back and re-run the review and you should pass without issue   Wow Intuit - not so Intutive!!!!!
