If you had to verify your identity with the IRS it could take up to nine weeks to get your refund--or maybe less.   Only the IRS is in control.   TurboTax gets no information from the IRS.  Watch the IRS refund site for updates.   You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:    https://www.irs.gov/refunds

I am having the exact same problem with my Merrill Lynch account. Entering data manually is not practical as I would probably have to input several hundred data points which would be fraught with errors I'm sure. Seems like someone at TT needs to get together with someone at Merrill and get this resolved. I have done this uploading for years without a problem until this year.

You can certify that you did not have a healthcare.gov account in 2025 using a Desktop version of TurboTax as follows:   Go to Deductions & Credits Go to Medical Select Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A) At the question, " Do you need to report any 1095-As?" select No.   Note that your return may be rejected if the IRS has information that someone in your household should have a 1095-A. If you're not sure if someone in your household purchased insurance through HealthCare.gov or your state's Marketplace, check those websites for an account.   Please see this help article for more information on entering Form 1095-A information in TurboTax.   Please see this tax tips article for more information about the Premium Tax Credit. @jwd26

Thanks.  I guess I'll have to call... there doesn't seem to be a good direct online way to get support for technical issues (they all appear to be for different levels of tax questions or to get a recommendation for which version of TurboTax I should buy), and I'd like to just copy and paste the entire description that you responded to. 🤔

I see that this RMD entry problem existed in February 2025. Well, it's now February 2026 and the same thing is happening to me. I have two traditional IRAs with Vanguard, and I inputted all the 1099-R info for each one. Only one distribution is showing up in my filing, and it's costing me a very large penalty...as well as loss of sleep. Is anyone else having this problem?

NY is among the majority of states that look at your total family income for the year and determine the tax on that amount.  Then, they look at what percentage of the income was actually from NY to get a percentage. NY multiplies the percentage of NY income times the NY tax.   For example: NY tax on your federal income is $8,000 But only 10% of your income was earned in NY NY tax liability will be 10% of $8,000 or $800.   Let me get you to preview your return and check. If you are using the online version: go to Tax Tools, then select Tools, select View Tax Summary, on the left side, select Preview My 1040. In the desktop program, switch to forms mode.  It looks confusing on the return because it shows all income and the next line is NY tax.  Keep going and you will see the NY percentage The Federal AGI is used as a denominator and the NY only income as the numerator to calculate the percentage of income earned in NY. on line 45. NY determines the tax on your entire federal income, line 37, then multiplies the tax times the percentage just determined to create your actual tax on line 50. Tax withheld on line 62 Refund line 68 Balance due line 70 Great job asking questions!

You don't get any tax advantages by being retired per se. You may get some advantages by being retirement age or receiving retirement income such as Social Security and pension income. You will get those advantages automatically by virtue of your age and the type of income you enter into TurboTax.
I've PDF/XML/CSV visible in my schwab account but only 2 summary lines are in the CSV file. So, yes, it's a schwab issue. I hope they resolve soon and upload all the lots for import.
Perhaps it is helping you apply for the Washington State Working Families Tax Credit.    HERE is a link with more information.
