Issue solved. I noticed that you can view your previous financial institution logins on the page previous to where you have to enter it again, this year. The account number was the same, but the first two numbers had to be removed in my case. I removed them and then could proceed with submitting my returns. I hope this helps someone else!

I wasted almost an hour on the phone with tier 1 tech support chatting with tier 2, only to be told I should either uninstall Bitdefender Internet Security or request a refund. I've been using TurboTax for many years and never had this issue before. What a joke for a software company to recommend you uninstall your anti-virus and firewall to get their software to work. Guess I will need to look elsewhere in future years...   FWIW - quitting my Google Drive and OneDrive sync applications made no difference.

Turbo Tax over charged me. My taxes I received this year were under 400 dollars. They charged me 207.00 to do my taxes. And because I do Uber drivers I filled in this portion of my taxes and couldn't get back to the page. I didn't bother reaching to an expert because I was afraid I'd be charged more money. I would end up owing turbo tax instead. I have been a loyal customer with Turbo Tax for over five years. I feel if my taxes are below 500 dollars it should have been free of charge. It wouldn't have hurt this company to let me keep 207.00 which would have made a difference in my household. I doubt if I use you guys moving forward. I'm sure you have enough people that use your services where you can make a promise to people who use your service that you won't charge them anything if they aren't receiving thousands of dollars.
You can request a refund by going to:  How do I request a refund for my TurboTax product?
I am also having the same issue. My refund was denied, i paid because i thought that i could see the paperwork but still can’t see the paperwork and no refund.
The 1040X amended return won’t be ready until late February so keep checking.   But you have to wait until the IRS finishes processing your return and you get the refund or pay the tax due.
My return has been accepted. I have already received my state refund.

Payments and Withholding are the state tax payments you made and the state withholding reported on your Tax Year 2024 Federal Return.    Payments would be any Estimated State Tax Payments or payments made with your state tax return that were paid in 2024 and reported on your Tax Year 2024 Federal Return.  Withholding is any state tax withholding reported on tax documents, such as a W-2 or 1099 which were reported on your 2024 Federal return.   When deciding if a state refund is taxable, it sometimes is easier to first determine if the refund is NOT taxable.   If this is the state refund you received in 2025 for Tax Year 2024,  the first question is this: "Did you use the Standard Deduction or did you Itemized Deductions for your 2024 tax year Federal return? " (Look at your 2024 Form 1040 line 12)   If you used the Standard Deduction, the state refund is not taxable, you needn't enter the 1099-G   If you DID Itemized Deductions on your 2024 Federal return, part or all of the state refund MIGHT be taxable.  If you did Itemize Deductions, look at your Tax Year 2024 Schedule A Line  5a. Is the box checked? If yes, you used state SALES tax as a deduction, NOT state INCOME tax, so the state refund is NOT taxable. You needn't enter the 1099-G.   If you claimed state income tax as an Itemized Deduction, the amount on line 5b should be the amount to enter for "payments and withholding"    Also be aware, if you need to continue and help the program calculate how much of the state refund is taxable, look to see if your 2024 state tax was limited. For 2024, the SALT (State And Local Tax) was limited to 10,000. If you paid more than 10,000 in state tax, but were limited to 10,000, any refund for the amount of the limit would not be taxable.  For example, say you had 2,000 state tax withheld on your W-2 and you paid 11,000 state property tax, that means you paid 13,000 in state tax. The limit for Tax Year 2024 was 10,000 so a state refund of 3,000 or less is not taxable (you couldn't claim that tax because of the limit) If the refund was 4,000, you would only claim 1,000.   Hopefully you took the Standard Deduction in which case you don't need to even enter the 1099-G for the refund.
How can I add one W-2 I left
