Are you looking at your W-2 Box 1?
Can you give us a little more information please.
What tax year is this concerning?
Why do you have a tax transcript from the IRS?
Did your (or will your) employer be issuing a corrected W-2?

If you have a PDF copy of your 2024 return, you don't need the program installed - you only need a PDF reader.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
https://www.irs.gov/refunds
To track your state refund:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_US_en_US?uid=lt447ebr
If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/refunds-take-longer-others/L14YlqFrH_US_en_US?uid=lexdr7zh
.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/irs-refund-taking-longer-21-days/L2vRAJbdU_US_en_US?uid=lexe7lst
If you are getting earned income credit on line 27 or additional child tax credit on line 28 You are subject to the delay required by the PATH act. Do not expect your refund before early March
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/internal-revenue-service/federal-refunds-delayed-due-path-act/L5jnQJsBi_US_en_US
Note: “Accepted” is not the same as “approved”. TurboTax tells you the e-file was accepted if the IRS deems that there is enough information on the return for them to take it in for processing. Only the IRS can approve of the refund, which is a later stage of processing. If the IRS approves your refund they will provide a date for the refund to be issued.
FROM THE IRS WHERE’S MY REFUND SITE:
https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund
How it works
Where's My Refund shows your refund status:
Return Received – We received your return and are processing it.
Refund Approved – We approved your refund and are preparing to issue it by the date shown.
Refund Sent – We sent the refund to your bank or to you in the mail. It may take 5 days for it to show in your bank account or several weeks for your check to arrive in the mail.

Although the forms availability table indicates that Form 4562 is ready to e-file, the final update for depreciation calculations within the software has not been released.
We anticipate the depreciation calculations within the software should be updated after February 13, 2026. Our tech team is working hard to release the updates before that date.
Please be aware that this update will affect depreciation for Schedule E (Rental Properties) only. Schedule C (Self-Employment) was updated previously and should be working in all versions of TurboTax.

If you received Forms 1095-B and 1095-C, you will not need to enter anything on your return, because these forms are informational only.

No one can check for you. We have no access to your account or to your information. And..the IRS never tells TurboTax if they have issued a refund to anyone. No information is shared with TurboTax after you file your tax return.
You need to check the IRS refund site to see if the refund was issued.

You enter the 1099R. After you enter form 1099-R keep going. If you have entered a birth date which makes you older than 70 1/2 there will be a page that asks Do any of these situations apply? Midway down is Were any of these funds sent directly to a charity? Then it will ask for the amount. The code in box 7 of form 1099-R must be 7 and the little IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box must be checked. A IRA QCD should be 0 taxable on 1040 line 4b and the QCD box checked. Unless you have other 1099R taxable amounts on 4b. You can’t do a QCD from a 401K. If you are looking at a summary screen or review screen those show the full amount as income and lump a lot of stuff together. You need to check the actual 1040 form and make sure it's right. Check lines 4b & 5b for any taxable amounts.

Generally, you can e-file your amended 2025, 2024, or 2023 federal return via TurboTax if your original return was also e-filed in TurboTax.
However, there's a chance your return can't be e-filed based on your unique situation. If this happens, you'll need to print and mail your tax return.

Since you mentioned "church", is this a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) from an IRA? If so, please provide more info, and hopefully someone familiar with QCD's and their reporting in Online TurboTax will be able to help you further.

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
