Never mind, I changed it to Yes on the People worksheet and filed.  Stick a form in me, I'm done with this.  Not sure if I will buy TurboTax next year.  On the survey before filing, I put a 3 on the "would I recommend Turbotax to a friend?"  I said only an uncomplicated return.  But heck, if you don't qualify for free filing through one of the tax services (since the IRS got rid of it this year), you can still go to the IRS website to use Fillable Forms if you have an uncomplicated return and can do everything yourself.  That's what our son did.

I entered the estimated tax payment I made on January 16,2026 for the 4th payment for 2025 on the desktop Turbo Tax.  However, it included this amount in the estimated tax payments made. I was under the assumption that payments made in January 2026 (especially if made after Jan 15,2026) are not deductible on my 2025 Tax return.  Is this an error on Turbo Tax?

I use the desktop Turbo Tax and it included the payment I made on January 16,2026 as part of the total deductions of estimated taxes paid in 2025.  Is this an error?

Are any of them marked corrected?   You can have 20 or more 1099-Rs entered.

Make sure line 19 "used for credit" reflects what portion of the tuition you want to use for the AOTC, Lifetime Learning, or Hope credit too - sometimes TT will stick weird numbers on that line!

I am a pastor who lives in a church-owned parsonage (fair market rental value of $13,500, which is reported in Box 14 of my W-2). I also receive a housing exclusion approved annually in advance by church board resolution for maintenance and upkeep costs I incur for the parsonage ($5,000, also reported on my W-2 in Box 14). Both figures are correctly excluded from my wages in Box 1, so they are not subject to income tax.   My question is this: what is the proper way to report the parsonage and housing exclusion for Self Employment purposes. I use Turbo Tax Home and Business, and the wording on the clergy screen makes my situation confusing. Here's the example/question:    For “Parsonage or housing allowance received,” I report $13,500 (the fair market value of the parsonage). I take this to mean that amount is exempt from income tax but reportable for Self-Employment Tax for Social Security and Medicare, along with my W-2 wages) For “Qualified expenses,” I report $5,000 (the housing exclusion for the parsonage expenses). I take that to mean the expenses for which I have receipts toward maintaining the parsonage are excluded from my salary and exempt from income tax.   The issue then becomes that Turbo Tax reports an additional $8,500 (the difference) under miscellaneous income, when I believe the entire $13,500 should be exempt from income tax.   I've considered multiple possible solutions, including reporting a negative number (-$8,500) in special tax situations and labeling it parsonage as it is on the W-2. But I don't know whether that number should be the difference, the whole parsonage amount, whether a negative number is even proper -- or whether there is another solution considered the correct way.   Any advice is appreciated.
I have Gift card and pre tax benesfits there, whats the category for each?

Oh, really?  When did they update?  I opened the program late this afternoon (I've done it several times today) and didn't see an update to install, so finally I just hit File after I'd entered room and board (again) on the People worksheet and then selected Print ALL forms and worksheets and previewed, had my husband check them, and saved to PDF.   Note that I only had to enter the information on the worksheet again because the past 2 days I've deleted and re-entered, then deleted all educational and even dependent information trying to get the interview questions about qualified educational expenses to come up, and they never did.
