How are you using the term "pending?"   Where are you seeing that word?  Or did you mean to say your return is still processing at the IRS?   "Accepted" is an efile term.  After efiling, usually within 24-48 hours (often sooner) the IRS either accepts or rejects the return to begin processing.   The IRS refund status tool does not use the word "accepted" or "pending."   If your efiled return was accepted for processing after you submitted it (you can check at the Tax Home of your Online account), then you can use the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool: https://www.irs.gov/refunds   The return goes through 3 stages in that IRS tool: Return received and is processing Refund approved Refund sent and an expected date provided.   If your return has been processing at the IRS more than 3 weeks, you can phone them, if you wish, to see if they can tell you why there is a delay in processing.      IRS: 800-829-1040 (7AM-7 PM local time) Monday-Friday

I suspect you are a California filer who chose to pay your TurboTax product fees out of your refund.   In order to use that payment method, in California you have to use Premium Benefits for $45, which also includes other benefits.   If you don't want the Premium Services Bundle, you may be able to remove it by declining that "pay fees out of refund" method and instead pay your fees upfront with credit card, debit card, or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store.   To remove it, see the second FAQ below.   FAQ:  What is the Premium Services bundle?
