Thank you for the response. When I use the second link (https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/) I get what I can only describe as an inadequate web page (TurboTax Online 2024) while it says "We're glad you're here!" I am far from a resolution and have no interest in Turbo Tax online at this point. Is there a better link to find all the accounts under my e-mail address?   Thank you

The new basis in-kind and the amount of the distribution on the 1099-R matching is not the concern, rather it's the amount reported potentially being incorrect.  As I understand things, what is reported is supposed to be the FMV of the stock on the date of distribution.  But instead some big brokerages are reporting the PRIOR DAY market closing price as the FMV.  I can't find anything that supports using prior day market activity as a valid method of computing FMV of publicy traded stock. Tells me that my account was adjusted on September 19, 2025. Within 3 weeks of the adjusted date, you will receive a notice from the IRS that explains the adjustment. The IRS owes me substantial amount of money, will my account be in a review status because of the money and for how long?

What we were asking for is a link to the section of the web sites which state the 2025 products will support Windows 10. Personally, I can't find any; all of the system requirements that state compatibility with Windows 10 relate to the 2024 (current) products.

To check on regular tax refund status via automated phone, call 800-829-1954.   Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities.  There is no rule as to which one will come in first or how long it will be between their arrival in your account.   TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.  “21 days”  is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.      First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:  https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/   Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.     You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:    https://www.irs.gov/refunds   To track your state refund:     https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_US_en_US?uid=lt447ebr   If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing     https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/refunds-take-longer-others/L14YlqFrH_US_en_US?uid=lexdr7zh . https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/irs-refund-taking-longer-21-days/L2vRAJbdU_US_en_US?uid=lexe7lst     h

I'm so disappointed that ItsDeductible is being discontinued.  I have been a loyal Turbotax customer for as long as I have done my taxes by computer.  It's been decades!  Over the years, I have graduated to the Turbotax Home and Business program.  At my recommendation, my three children are also Turbotax customers.  I have never even considered checking out the competition until now.  With the discontinuation of ItsDeductible, I need to look for another tax program for myself and my family that includes a way to help us place values on our charitable donations like ItsDeductible.  We're just four little customers, but I bet there are other customers out there who feel the same way that we do.  We need a tax program that includes a way to place values on our charitable donations!

I’m using my 2024 TurboTax pro.  I have current year cash contributions, current year 30% contributions and carryover 30% contributions. My cash contributions are less than 50% allowing 30% to be taken. The total should not exceed 50%.  However the program is allowing me the current year 30% equal to the difference between cash and 50% (remainder carrying over to 2025). That is correct. But it is also allowing carryover from 2023 of 30% equal to the same amount. The combination of the 3 exceeding 50%. That is not correct.
