If your Efile is Rejected, you won't have to pay to Efile again.   What was the error message you received?     An option would be to remove her as a dependent ($500 difference) and Efile now, then Amend by mail later and add her.    If you're using TurboTax Online, clear your  Cache and Cookies before efiling again.   @DeuCeNTX
You can try contacting TurboTax Customer service using this link: Turbo Tax Customer Service.
You can't - You can pay past 04/15 (up to a year in advance) at the IRS Payments site.   For Georgia, see the GA-DOR.
Can you move forward in the program from there?  You can select "File" and proceed with your checkout if you have not checked out yet.
I filed on April 12, and both Federal and State were accepted by April 14.  I found another 1099-R.  How do I fix my return to include this.  It's the evening of April 15.   Thanks.
On a tax return already efiled with taxes due, a wrong bank account was submitted.  How do I correct, do I have to submit amended return?

Since Ponzi-type losses are out of scope for TurboTax, we can't advise how to enter them.  See the link below for more information:   Calculations TurboTax Doesn't Handle   From <https://turbotax.response.lithium.com/console/agent/17476036?>   The document states on page 16:   7. Investment Fraud: The program does not support tax losses from investment fraud.   Ponzi schemes are a type of investment fraud. The TurboTax program doesn't support these calculations. This would include the versions that the Full Service experts are using.   If, on the other hand, you can substantiate that you have a worthless investment, you can enter that as a capital loss. See this TurboTax blog article for more information.   You can claim a casualty loss deduction using Form 4684 for Ponzi scheme losses; however, the issues of when the qualifying theft occurred and the relevant dollar amounts can be quite complex.    The TurboTax in-program guidance at a Learn More link in the Casualty Loss section states:   "We're sorry to hear about this loss. Unfortunately, this type of loss can be particularly complicated for tax purposes, and in many situations the tax treatment depends on factual determinations best handled by an attorney. TurboTax does not support tax losses from investment fraud. We recommend consulting a tax professional if you've experienced this situation."   The IRS Instructions for Form 4684 explain how to report a theft loss deduction for a Ponzi-type investment scheme.    See this IRS webpage for more information for taxpayers affected by Ponzi scheme losses.

Rejected federal return. Now, it is asking for my credit card again to pay my taxes. Will I be charged twice by the government?

No,  You cannot wait until next year to file your taxes. You need to file them this year and pay the amount you owe or set up payment arrangements with the IRS.  If you choose to wait until next year to file, you would be subject to fines and penalties.   Click here to file an extension.  Remember an extension is just for extra time to file, not extra time to pay.  If you are going to owe anything, you will still need to pay by April 15th.    You can pay directly via the IRS website which is the recommended way or you can pay by check.  Be sure to include your SSN on your check and the tax year.  If you are unable to pay your taxes in full, you should still file by April 15th, but you can apply for a payment plan from the IRS
