If you did not live in KS and did not make money in KS in 2025, you are not required to file a KS tax return.

Thank you for the Billtrack link.  The NJ Legislature site implied that the bill had been passed, not that it had died in committee.
Filed 2-2 and used tt last year, With credit karma for my deposit had no issues finding my account on Santa Barbara Bank

You wrote "Fidcial".  Is that supposed to be National Financial Services?    That's a subsidiary of Fidelity and does provide some 1099 payment services for Fidelity, and is often listed as the "Payer" on a Fidelity 1099. if you have a regular Fidelity Investments account, are you sure you aren't supposed to be importing directly from the routine Fidelity Investments brokerage account?   If you're not sure, you may wish to give a quick phone call to Fidelity (they're easy to reach) and ask them which one you're supposed to be using for importing into TurboTax.    The fact that you don't recognize "Wealthscape Investor" makes me think you may have a regular Fidelity brokerage account instead of an account set up at National Financial Services itself.    How do you normally view your holdings and download a 1099 PDF online or conduct other account management--is it through the Fidelity website?

2/19/26 Update:  I am using the TT Home and Business for Mac and the update was released overnight.  After downloading, installing, and restarting the program the Depreciation and Amortization section is now functional.  I just entered a rental property sale without any issues.

@ctkthue19 wrote: I realized that I made a mistake in my 2025 tax returns. I efiled the returns and it was accepted. Should I amend it as soon as the IRS opens to accept amendments on Feb 19, 2026? That date has unfortunately been moved back a week.  The TurboTax amending process will not be ready until either late on Feb 25 or morning of Feb 26, when the Form 1040X is expected to become available in TurboTax.   In the meantime, do NOT make any changes in your return.  When you start the amending process, it has to start off exactly as originally filed.   If you were due a Federal refund, it's generally recommended to wait for your original return to fully process at the IRS and that you have received the refund.    If you amend the Federal return, you may also have to amend the state return (if applicable.)

@Benson-Davis wrote:  I had a projective date when my refund should be deposited directly into my account. 02-12-2026 was the date, and I still haven't received it. Is the projective date provided by TurboTax valid No.  It's an estimated date based simply on the common average processing times at the IRS.  The IRS says most filers who efile and choose direct deposit will receive their refunds within 21 days.   Everyone in TurboTax gets a 21 day date.   You should go by what you see at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool to monitor your refund.   It should go through 3 stages: Return received Refund approved Refund sent and an expected deposit date. https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund   Also if you had any options such as "pay fees out of refund" or "up to 5 days early refund" offer, or Refund Advance, etc., those options involve a third-party bank which receives your refund first.

I'm really hoping that is online as well.  I find it amazing it took 8 pages of comments before someone realized what they dropped from the application.  Obviously, someone really screwed up in the testing.   By the 27th is the deadline, otherwise, I'm finding a new software.  Right now I'm $1800 over where I should be.  Not good!
