Are you trying to find your Adjusted Gross Income in order to e-file?  That is not on your W-2.   That is on line 11 of your 2024 Form 1040.   Where do I find my AGI?   https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947   Your 2024 tax return shows your 2024 Adjusted Gross Income  (AGI)  If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.   Form 1040        line 11   If entering the amount from your 2024 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead.  If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.   You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:   https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2024 AGI may not be in the system.  https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1944348-how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online       Or....if you are trying to find your 2024 W-2:   I NEED A COPY OF MY W-2  (or 1099)      W-2's come from employers.  There is not a federal or national website that provides W-2’s.     TurboTax does not have a copy of your W-2—the Wage & Tax Statement—issued to you by your employer, (nor does TurboTax have copies of your 1099’s).   Whether you entered your W-2 by keying it in yourself, importing from a payroll site or by snapping a photo using the mobile app—-TT does not have a copy of your W-2.  If you saved a pdf of your completed tax return, the worksheets will show the W-2 information you entered, but not the actual W-2.      You should always save those documents for your own records. You could ask the employer(s) for copies or you can get a copy from Social Security (for a fee of $62).   To get a copy of a W-2 from Social Security https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501   https://www.irs.gov/help-resources/tools-faqs/faqs-for-individuals/frequently-asked-tax-questions-answers/irs-procedures/transcript-or-copy-of-form-w-2/transcript-or-copy-of-form-w-2     You can get a wage and income transcript from the IRS:  It will not show the actual W-2, 1099’s, etc, but will show the income information the IRS received.  It will not, however, show your state information. It will only show the federal information. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript   Or you can pay the IRS $30 for an actual copy of your tax return which will include copies of your W-2’s      https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf      https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-forms/get-copy-w-2/L8FTim9MO_US_en_US?uid=m68ee4os

Is the 1099-G reporting a Tax Year 2024 state refund?   If yes, did you take the Standard Deduction on your tax Year 2024 Federal return or did you Itemize Deductions and use Schedule A? If you took the Standard Deduction on your 2024 Federal Return, the Tax Year 2024 State refund is NOT taxable and you needn't worry about it, you don't need to report it.

You cannot change or add anything on the return that you just e-filed, nor can you stop it.  It is too late, just like when you put an envelope in a US mailbox on the corner.  The IRS does not allow you to take it back.   If you left out a W-2, a 1099G, or a dependent, or a 1099 etc…DO NOT change your return while it is “pending.”  The changes will go nowhere.   Now you have to wait until the IRS either rejects or accepts your return.  If your return is rejected, you will be able to go into your account and make the necessary changes to your tax return and re-submit your return.     If the IRS accepts your return, however, then you have to wait longer until it has been fully processed and you have received your refund.  THEN you can prepare an amended tax return and e-file or mail  it in. You have to be able to work from that return exactly the way it was when it was e-filed originally.  You will need to use a form called a 1040X.     Meanwhile, DO NOT go in and start changing anything on your return in the system, or you will make a mess for yourself.  Sit tight and wait until you see what the IRS does with the return you just e-filed   The Form 1040X you need becomes available in late February,  But wait until your return has been processed.     This is a public web site that can be seen by anyone—including scammers and would-be identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax.  Please remove the personal information you posted here ASAP by returning to your post and clicking the three little blue dots on the upper right to edit your post.
I use Koinly to calculate my taxes but this year turbo tax will not let me upload the csv file.

From the IRS refund site: How it works Where's My Refund shows your refund status: Return Received – We received your return and are processing it. Refund Approved – We approved your refund and are preparing to issue it by the date shown. Refund Sent – We sent the refund to your bank or to you in the mail. It may take 5 days for it to show in your bank account or several weeks for your check to arrive in the mail.
You may be charged tax on that full amount, have you filed the return yet?
I’ve already upgraded $89 to be able to report 1099 income and expenses. To pay these fees with my refund do I have to pay an additional $44?
Do either of these help?  California (Income Tax Refund): 68-0204061 California (Unemployment): 94-2650401

A rollover of a 1099-R distribution shows a Code G in Box 7.  TurboTax asks in the questions following your entry whether you rolled over to a Roth IRA.      If you didn't do an actual rollover, but a conversion or recharacterization instead, here's more info Recharacterization and How to Enter a Back-Door Roth Conversion.   'Rollover' doesn't show on Form 1040, but the 'Rollover' box is checked on the 1040/1040SR Worksheet.  Form 8606 will include the indicated rollover in the Traditional IRA Balance if the rollover was completed by year end.   If you could be more specific about your situation, we'll try to help.  Here's more info on Form 8606.   @ledzepfred
The IRS does not use the word "accepted" on its refund site.   It will start off showing as "Received" and then it will move along through processing, approval and an issue date for your refund.
Add dependents in the "Personal Info" Section.  Select EDIT by your name and continue through the interview,  You will arrive on a screen with the option to "Add a Dependent"

The solution was you need to put the gross distribution from box 1 into the 16 State distribution field -- which my 1099 has blank, but apparently needs to be filled in. At least this was my case with FIDELITY. Thank you to ChatGPT for explaining the problem and solution.
There are a number of credits and deductions.   Can you please be specific about which deduction you are looking for?
