why can't I talk to someone live [personal info removed]

When you go to the form at the link, the first box is for a summary of your question, like a title, and is limited to 170 characters.. TurboTax Support is closed in the middle of the night. You can use your Live feature during business hours. The FAQs below will tell you how to use your Live service.
