turbo tax told me that I had a rather  large refund forthcoming, which was completely wrong and after getting a letter from the IRS informing me that I owed money, turbotax wants to debit my account for $286 which is fraud at best

The IRS asked for my tax forms and I had to hire an accountant to fix the problem. I should not have to pay turbotax for wrong advice
