And is there any chance that you guys can deposit my money on bank account and not on my mailing address?
Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund. You are not able to change how you receive your refund at this point. It will come how you indicated on your return.
Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?
You say you got an email saying you need to PAY $123. Is that for your TurboTax fees? Did you choose to pay for your TurboTax fees from your federal refund, and your refund is taking longer than usual to arrive from the IRS?
Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive? Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account. TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.

How can I see my TurboTax fees?

Yes but now TurboTax is asking for money that I still didn't receive can you update me in more detail by e-mail? If they accepted my Tax Returns and when I'll get it
Yes that's right, but I didn't owe any money it doesn't say anywhere that I own any money I just wants to be updated whether I'll receive the Taxes or Not?
You can check the status of your tax refund using Track My Refund on the IRS website.
If that doesn't provide the information you need, consider contacting the Taxpayer Advocate Service.
if you e-filed and got an acceptance e-mail or filed by mail, only the IRS can answer the question about your refund status. Have you checked its refund website? Once you get that e-mail (efiled), or mailed it, Turbotax gets no updates on refund status. Also, as part of paying your fees through your refund you agreed to have your fees deducted from an alternate source should your refund not be processed timely. You should have gotten several e-mails from Turbotax about this fees.
you can contact the iRS
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 3 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
