NYS DOL 1099-G - Turbotax says the Federal ID number is not for filing purposes.

I am attempting to efile taxes for federal and state (New York). One component is a 1099-G from the NY DOL (Unemployment). Turbotax says that the Federal ID number is not for filing purposes. What is the correct ID number?

That is the ID no. that is generating the error message. Do I attempt to file anyway?
