How will the One Big Beautiful Bill affect home solar and EV purchase credits in 2025 and 2026?

The One Big Beautiful Bill sunsets both of these credits by the end of 2025.

Electric Vehicle (EV) purchases that occur after September 30, 2025 will not qualify for the credit.
Home solar generally falls under the residential clean energy credit. This credit will now end on December 31, 2025.
