Why can't I fill out form 4547 when working on my taxes in Turbo Tax?

The form is made available after you finish your return, complete the final review and proceed to file. The program will see eligible children on your return and ask about if you want to open the accounts. Eligible children born in 2025 can elect to have the $1,000 deposit.
