Cannot uncheck the "Received interest payment from a seller financed mortgage"

During the step-by-step, this box was automatically checked though I have no seller financed mortgages.

Why can I not uncheck the "Received interest payment from a seller financed mortgage"

Cannot uncheck the "Received interest payment from a seller financed mortgage"

If you put a check in ''None of the Above'' - that should remove the check in the seller financed box.    You can delete the form titled Home Int Wkst (lender name) also.
